Warm-up
2 rounds of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Slam Ball (20/14lb ball)
15 Burpees
20 Jumping Jacks
5 Minute Rest
Workout (1 minute rest between each phase)
Phase #1
Tabata with Sledge Hammer on Tire (20 sec work, 10 sec rest, 8 rounds) … alternate swings right/left
Tabata Air Squats (20 Sec. work, 10 sec. rest, 8 rounds).
Phase #2
2 Rounds
5 Tire Flips (700 lb. Tire)
10 Atlas Stone Lifts (130 lb. Stone)
Phase #3
65 lb. Sled Pull for 25 yards (5 pulls)
40 Yard sprint with Lightning Cord (large Bungee cord/harness)
