Warm-Up:

WOD:
7 min AMRAP

  • 10 Push Press 95/65
  • 10 Hang Cleans 95/65
  • 20 Ab Mat Sit-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Then 1 Minute Rest

7 min AMRAP

  • 5 Strict Pull-Ups
  • 10 Wall balls 20/14
  • 15 Box Jumps 24/20
  • 20 Push-Ups

    My WOD for 11/11/11; 1 mile run tread mill, every 10 95# thrusters 20 sit ups, till 100 thrusters complete then 1 mile run
    50 Minutes
