CrossFit Thin Blue Line will be hosting a Workout for St. Jude fundraiser at our facility on Saturday, December 17th, 2011 starting at 11:30am. All CrossFitters are welcome to compete!
Marble starts out as a chunk of stone rooted in the ground that resists removal from its station mightily. It takes brute force to uproot it from its place. Then as an ugly, stubborn chunk it has to be moved by heavy equipment to a place to be cut, shaped and polished until what was once an ugly piece of the earth becomes a beautiful, hard surface brought into service as a floor or a kitchen counter.
The “31 Heros WOD” will be this Sat September 3rd at 9:00am sharp! We will not be holding our normal 8:00amam and 10:00amam Sat classes this week. On 05/07/2011, 16 members of the CrossFit Thin Blue Line Family took on the Tough Mudder Competition in Mt. Snow, Vermont. The 10 mile course had everything from hills, snow, mud, dark tunnels, 36 degree water, more hills, and anything else you could think of to torture your body.

On November 21, 2010 (Sunday) between 12p – 3p, CrossFit Thin Blue Line Instructor Jesse Stone will be giving a class on everything nutrition.
Over the past few weeks, CFTBL has had a flurry of activity and some great happenings. First off, last Sunday, we were fortunate enough to have Crossfit Headquarters Attorney Dale Saran visit us and teach a special fundamentals class. Dale works hand in hand with CrossFit creator Greg Glassman and Dale also formerly owned a CrossFit box in Rhode Island. Dale trains with our group at the Bushido Jiu-Jitsu Academy and was instrumental in helping support our opening of CFTBL.

The CT Leo Memorial 5k Run is a police memorial event in Tolland. The event begins at Tolland High School on October 17th, 2010.
CrossFit Thin Blue Line / Bushido Jiu-Jitsu Academy will be giving demonstrations, and will have a booth on display at the event.
