Monday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 445pm, 6pm (CrossFight), 7pm
Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 445pm, 6pm (Oly Lift), 7pm
Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 445pm, 6pm, 7pm
Thursday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 445pm, 6pm (Oly Lift), 7pm
Friday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 445pm
Saturday: 8am, 10am (Team WOD and free to 1st time visitors or friends)
Sunday: Specialty Classes, Open Gym (as announced), Comp Team training.

*Tuesday & Thursday 6pm classes are Olympic Lifting classes. There will not be a scheduled WOD during these classes, as this time will be spent reviewing proper form/technique.
*Classes after 10:00am and 8:00pm are reserved for On-Ramps and special sessions through advanced appointments only. Please see owners / coaches with any questions and for details.
*Sundays we do not have a scheduled group workout but we will be offering specialty classes, open gym and training on these days. They will be announced in advance and will be on a sign-up basis.
*Days, times and WODs are subject to change as our members needs and demands change. If you are interested in an additional time frame, let us know.
