Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-12:00pm, 4:30pm-9:00pm
Friday: 7:00am-12:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am-12:00pm

Group Classes (Workouts of the Day aka WODs):
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-8:00am, 8:15am-9:15am, 9:30am-10:30am, 4:45pm-5:45pm, 6:00pm-7:00pm, 7:00pm-8:00pm
Friday: 7:00am-8:00am, 8:15am-9:15pm, 9:30am-10:30am, 4:45pm (BY ADVANCED SIGN UP)
Saturday: 8:00am-9:00am, 10:00am-11:00am

*Classes after 10:30am and 7:00pm are reserved for On-Ramps and special sessions through advanced appointments only. Please see owners / coaches with any questions and for details.

*Sundays will not have a scheduled group workout but we will be offering specialty classes and training on these days in the afternoon. They will be announced in advance and will be on a sign up basis.

*Days, times and WODs are subject to change as our members needs and demands change. If you are interested in an additional time frame, let us know.
