In honor of Memorial Day this week, CrossFit Thin Blue Line will be remembering our nations fallen hero’s by introducing a new “Hero Wod” every day. Please come in and pay tribute to these American warriors by giving these workouts everything you have, just as they did for our country.
Just a reminder, we will be closed on May 30th, 2011 for the Memorial Day holiday. We hope everyone has a great weekend, and a great start to the summer!
UPDATE: In honor of Memorial Day we are having one WOD at 630pm. We will being doing “Murph” in honor of all our nation’s heros. Please join us at 630 and all CrossFitters are welcome not just those from our box.
On 05/07/2011, 16 members of the CrossFit Thin Blue Line Family took on the Tough Mudder Competition in Mt. Snow, Vermont. The 10 mile course had everything from hills, snow, mud, dark tunnels, 36 degree water, more hills, and anything else you could think of to torture your body.
This Saturday, May 7th, 2011, the gym will be closed due to CFTBL’s coaches, as well as many of our members, heading up to the Tough Mudder.
